At P.S. 207, we believe that cultivating a Growth Mindset is essential for achieving goals, fostering professional growth, and building lasting happiness.

Each month, we spotlight a theme through our Monthly Growth Mindset Mantras. Both staff and students are encouraged to internalize and live these mantras through daily quotes, reflections, and reminders that inspire positive thinking and perseverance.
